When can I check in or out?
-Check-in : after 03:00pm
-Check-out : before 12:00pm

Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
You can absolutely ask for that! Just let us know in advance, and we’ll see what we can do.

How can I get some privacy?
Just tap the "Do Not Disturb" sign on your room’s entrance control panel. Simple, right?

How do I set a wake-up call?
Just use the "Extra Service" on your SuitePad or ask reception. We’ve got you covered!

What’s the voltage in the room?
Our outlets run on 230 volts, so if you need an adaptor, just ask us at reception.

Can I buy an adaptor?
Yes, you can grab one for €15 from reception.

Are there USB sockets?
Yep, right beside your bed! Charge away.

Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes! Connect to "Cardo Hotel" Wi-Fi for free throughout the hotel.

Which cards do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are all good to go.

Do I need a reservation for Doodles Bar?
No need to book ahead, but if you want a spot for your whole gang, it’s always safe to give us a shout!

Is Doodles Bar open to non-hotel guests?
Yes, it’s an open invitation for all! Come hang out, even if you’re not staying with us.

Where’s the pool?
It’s on the rooftop, where you can swim with a stunning view. 

What are the pool hours?
10:00am - 07:00pm daily 

Is there an extra fee to access the pool?
The pool is free for hotel guests. 

Can I access the pool if I’m not staying at the hotel?
You can come and enjoy as an external guest only with a spa treatment, including the entrance fee.

Are there age restrictions for the pool?
Kids under 16 need to be accompanied by an adult.

Yes, we propose treatments at Spa Contour by Deep Nature with several treatments. 

Can I book a treatment at the spa?
Absolutely! Just let reception know or book it directly at the spa.

Yes, everyone can enjoy the sauna. Enjoy the warmth!

How far is Brussels National Airport (Zaventem) from the hotel?
It’s about 26 minutes by car. That’s the magic number if you want to catch a flight!

Do you offer airport transfers?
We don’t run shuttles, but our reception team will gladly call a taxi or book a transfer for you.

Can I rent a car?
Yes, we can help you with that! Just ask reception, and we’ll sort you out.

Is there parking available?
Yes! Our underground parking at ‘’Indigo Manhattan’’ is available.

We’re all about reducing our footprint! We’ve made some eco-friendly changes around here (like our room cleaning policy). Ask us for the full scoop!

What should I do in an emergency?
Call reception right away! We’ll take care of the rest. Check out the emergency evacuation plan behind the room door too.

Where can I find a first aid kit?
If you need one, just give reception a ring.

Where’s the nearest pharmacy?
Just head to "Pharmacie Etoile du Nord" at Rue du Progrès 27 (about a 5-minute walk).

How do I use the laundry service?
Pop your clothes in the laundry bag, and our team will come collect it. Easy peasy!

Where’s the iron and ironing board?
They’re waiting for you in your room’s closet, ready to help you look sharp!

Decoration

Can I take any decorations or books from my room?
We love our decor too, but please leave it behind. If something is missing, we’ll charge you €70. Keep just the memories.

Pets

Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at our hotel. (We know, we’re sorry!)
