An 8th-generation butcher from the tiny village of Panzano in Chianti, Dario has turned technical mastery and theatrical charm into worldwide renown, even featuring on Netflix's Chef's Table. This summer, his beautifully simple sandwich menu will be served right here by the pool. Each morsel is a celebration of Chianti beef built the Cecchini way, where nothing is wasted and every bite is savoured.
